This is a strength training workout emphasizing toning & muscle definition with high reps; targeting every major muscle group. For ladies only!
An action-packed workout that combines a series of punching and kicking combinations, this class improves strength, muscle tone and endurance. It’s an intense workout for the participant who wants a challenge!
45 min: In this class, we perform tasks in training that replicate the movements found in life; improve your core strength while increasing your heart rate.
This fast paced, 30 minute, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class incorporates dynamic movement training and athletic drills. Dynamic movement trains mobility, strength, balance and coordination, while athletic drills improve speed, agility and explosive power. Maximum results in minimum time.
