FITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
LADIES WHO LIFT
This is a strength training workout emphasizing toning & muscle definition with high reps; targeting every major muscle group. For ladies only!
An action-packed workout that combines a series of punching and kicking combinations, this class improves strength, muscle tone and endurance. It’s an intense workout for the participant who wants a challenge!
30 min: Everybody wants better abs — But more than just looks, a strong core helps contribute to overall strength. This class has hit ‘em hard abdominal work; firming up & strengthening your transverse, obliques, & rectus abdominis!
45 min: In this class, we perform tasks in training that replicate the movements found in life; improve your core strength while increasing your heart rate.
This fast paced, 30 minute, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class incorporates dynamic movement training and athletic drills. Dynamic movement trains mobility, strength, balance and coordination, while athletic drills improve speed, agility and explosive power. Maximum results in minimum time.
An intense boot camp style class where every class is something different; incorporating high and low movements, plyometric for intermediate to advanced fitness levels. Prepare to sweat and push yourself to the next level! You never know what you’re going to get because it is a surprise every time and you’ll get a great workout for an entire hour!
