This ongoing service is the best of both worlds. Get the maximum benefit of hiring me as your coach by choosing to receive personal training as well as nutrition coaching. Again, this is 100% customized for YOU. We meet on a weekly basis to discuss goals, challenges and do your one-on-one training sessions. Everything we do is directed towards you improving and reaching your goals in fitness and nutrition.

You get the same set-up as if you were choosing just the Fitness or Nutrition Coaching, but you get both with this awesome package! This requires a lot more time and effort, so I make sure not to bombarded you with an overload of information or goals. We take it step-by-step to ensure compliance and as little stress as possible.

After our initial consultation, I give you a few forms to fill out and return. By our 2nd meeting, I’ll have taken the data from your forms and created a customized fitness plan/schedule. We’ll perform a short version of your fitness plan to ensure it meets your needs, as well as begin to outline your nutrition goals that we plan to achieve in the coming week. We break your goals down into small, short-term goals that we will aim to have achieved week-to-week. By doing this, it makes your goals more manageable and achievable with less stress and feeling of being overwhelmed.

Each meeting is approximately 60 minutes in length and each one becomes more involved. With each passing week, as more and more goals are achieved, I am then able to begin creating your meal plan.

50% deposit must be paid before or at the beginning of our 2nd meeting.
cheque, cash or online payment is accepted.
Single person weekly training sessions/check-ins are billed at a rate of $30/hr.
Couple
weekly training sessions/check-ins are billed at a rate of $50/hr.

*When choosing a package, note that a 50% deposit must be made before or at the beginning of our 2nd meeting.

MAYBE YOU’RE JUST LOOKING FOR A CUSTOMIZED PLAN TO FOLLOW WITHOUT ANY FURTHER COACHING. YOU’RE SELF MOTIVATED, BUT JUST NEED SOMETHING TO DIRECT YOU. I SUGGEST A PERSONAL FITNESS PLAN. AT ANY TIME, SESSIONS CAN BE BOOKED, AS-NEEDED AT A RATE OF $30/HR
