This is an ongoing service that is all about you and your fitness goals. I create you a custom routine, designed to meet your work/home schedule, and is focused on your goals. Check-ins, re-assessments and meetings are booked as needed. Ideally we have at least one check-in on a monthly basis. This way we’re able to discuss any challenges and plan ways to overcome them in the future — Strengths you have gained and how you feel overall, and re-adjusting your goals/program as you progress! This service again, is an ongoing service.
After our initial consultation, I give you forms and questionnaires to fill out and return to me. I take all this data to create your plan/schedule and at our next meeting, we perform a short version of your plan to make sure it meets your needs. We then begin to discuss your main goals! We break that goal down into smaller short-term goals that we will aim to have achieved each passing week or so.
A 50% deposit must be paid before or at the beginning of our 2nd meeting.
cheque, cash or online payment is accepted.
Single person training sessions/check-ins are billed at a rate of $30/hr.
Couple training sessions/check-ins are billed at a rate of $50/hr.
